Feb 2, 2026 when turned on Moto phone after it being off but, not in the faraday bag. SIM card pulled and restarted the video shows the uptime however, the traffic on both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi including a Bluetooth IP address and Wi-Fi address that can be traced back via the hardware tracer logs from developer settings. In the video you see all the device info. As well as, all the app changes and developer mode logs. The previous night I was bombarded digitally with “Leave” , “you have to go” and “take a plea”. These digital fingerprints are leading from all our devices including the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi IP address listed in the video and screenshots. I sent in 12 whistleblower retaliation reports to: FBI, DOJ, Attorney General of NV, HHS, and myself and my wife sent in an e signed affidavit of all the events both digital, facilities, physical locations and devices to Both NV FBI office Homeland Security and to the Civil Rights Division of HUD regarding the treatment of myself and wife. There should not be any knowledge let alone harassment regarding any case or an upcoming plea deal which was only discussed with my public defender in her office with social worker and my wife and here remotely due to my disability and court accommodations of remote court sessions, remote conversations with the psychologist, mental health district Court and both Sarah Hawkins and Social worker Da’Ja only communicated remotely in my and my wife currently residence: 920 Las Vegas N #218, Las Vegas NV 89101. This call has been pulled and replayed by multiple officers as well as, sent to the DOJ and FBI– however it is still occurring today Feb 2, 2026 as of currently 3:49 pm PST where my voice is being replayed with a delay through neighborhood equipment. After reporting to the FTC FCC SSDI LVMPD ic3 I got married 6/20/25 and my last name changed from Lovelace to Gelardi. My username, password, 2FA WHICH I SET IT UP AS MY PHONE SMS RCVR OTP. So as of 5/25 my email, phone, name, address all changed, credentials all changed captured and not in my control. This was put on my FCC FTC report included in IC3 crimestoppers Imposter reports and witnessed by both my current wife Toni Gelardi and my then live in mother Cheryl Adrienne Masani have all been stolen on tI need a copy of my profile stating all my stats including how many volunteer hours and persons I made contact with. I also need to have my information with my married last and credentials matching. No other information. At approximately 2:17 PM on December 22, 2025, while working on the Invisible Battles” mental health podcast for court proceedings using a Moto Play device, and simultaneously viewing the film Christy from a portable SD card via OTG connection on the HP Windows 11 device, unauthorized network activity was observed.

Although both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections had been manually disabled prior to playback, both components were remotely reactivated without physical input. Upon reactivation, the system’s audio output settings were automatically altered — overriding the primary user’s custom configurations and switching to a secondary, restricted audio profile. This change resulted in significant volume reduction and limited control of audio settings from the local device interface.

The login and BIOS access remain controlled via Microsoft account credentials. The device owner can provide complete login records and access history for all remote permission controllers activated during the hardware’s operational lifetime, documented and traceable through Microsoft’s administrative logs.

The same rapid succession that the other earlier other thumbdrive showed on this device and my wife’s device when loading the business podcast. More federal violations extending pass the device to the OTG and to the connected SD card and or Thumbdrive every time in an attempt to prevent evidence from being stored outside of the devices. This has been happening since the report and video sent in of the windows HP copies of ‘STAR TREK’ movies being removed of a connected OTG SD card and video of Chromebook hooked to TV via HDMI and movie playing via OTG hooked SD card and it was captured on the computer and TV by the phone video cameras being disconnected and then ultimately the VLC player app (due to it being in airplane mode and it being the only offline media player on the Chromebook uninstalled) live which then led to the cyber criminals completely wiping and changing credentials which led up to the power washing and installing videos and prompted the purchase of the adapter for the Chromebook on Amazon and the USB boot reinstall windows home edition (downgrade) leading to the reports of:

Jan 19, 2026-Jan 24, 2026 and evidence of screenshots and screen records cellphone videos handheld and body camera footage including background records from apps including: olive cast, background rec, background live that began on start up and sync with life and Microsoft when signal return. I never have to do the extra precautions yet notice when you see the visual built-in moto android screen record which has been vollies on someones else Admin privileges hence the open ended screen cast and uncontrollable direct connect and home app features that have been enabled although the app is disabled on this phone and never activated by myself or authorized by me including all Google apps access except photos and Gmail disabled. Along with illegally side loaded apps on this device that I have sent in videos proving I had no access to from the day they were discovered and root access denied on the hardware that I am the original and only purchased new and have been the only owner of.
